As part of the Erasmus+ programme, Verena recently had the opportunity to take part in a job shadowing experience in South Tyrol. The mobility provided valuable insights into educational practices, everyday school life, and international perspectives on teaching and learning.
During her stay, Verena was able to observe different pedagogical approaches, exchange ideas with colleagues, and gain first-hand experience of the educational environment in South Tyrol. Such international experiences play an important role in promoting professional development, intercultural exchange, and the strengthening of European cooperation in education.
The job shadowing experience also offered inspiring opportunities for reflection and discussion about innovative teaching methods, classroom interaction, and the importance of international networking within the field of education.
